Gemma has directed productions and lead workshops across the top drama conservatoires in the UK, including RADA, Guildhall, LAMDA, CSSD, Rose Bruford, UAL, East 15.
She draws on both her expertise in devising and a rigorous love of text (she studied literature at Cambridge University). Immersive Theatre practice is her specialism, and she is happy to be invited to speak, or take part in panels, both within training environments and for professionals.
